Branding
Staying on-brand
E-Flux had an existing logo, so we were faced with the challenge of managing the branding efforts and creating a strategy for product communication.
We created a simple logo for each product, following the aesthetics of the brand's logo.
We designed communication assets for each product to explain what each technology achieves and when to use it.
Product Design
Simplicity is the priority.
We redesigned E-Flux’s main product, and with the new design, the production time decreased by at least 50%. The product is now compact and triples the shipment capacity. The new product uses materials that are easy to manufacture on demand.
At the moment, we consult E-Flux on their R&D projects. We work with their engineers to design and manage the manufacturing of prototypes.
We have also designed installation guides and supporting graphic assets for both internal and external use, which have been referred to as "the best in the industry."
Website and Systems
Delivering the message
We worked with E-Flux to complete a full redesign of their website. We migrated from an old platform to Squarespace to allow for easy changes from technical writers.
The website has a large amount of content. We had to carefully plan the architecture and UX design for everything to be reachable intuitively. We also worked with the team to curate an educational message across platforms.
Along with E-Flux's sales and marketing employees, we created a strategy and implemented a CRM system to track day-to-day activities and manage new leads for the business. This system facilitates project management and customer support.
